Hi Jennifer – I checked and https://retargeting.biz/ is a live service. Alternatives with retail are http://www.cloud-iq.com/ https://www.freshrelevance.com/ and in other sectors too: http://www.optilead.co.uk/

I hope that helps!

The website for Retargeting says it’s still in Beta. Have you had any experience using it as a tool for an automated email event campaign?

You could use a Marketing Automation tool – I recommend Retargeting (https://retargeting.biz/). – it helps you have a personalized communication with your clients based exactly on their actions on your website. It gives you two opportunities: through live (new visitors) and email messages (existing customers).
There is also a free trial right now, and maybe the most important part, costs are only based on performance, which means you always pay for what you get.

Libre Office Draw – best free tool ever.
Works for me – web wireframes, mob app wireframes etc.
Something between Paint and Photoshop 🙂

Karl, I’m not a big fan of ‘hijacking’ comments but if Marketo is too full-featured for you / too complex to setup it might be worth checking out my own product, Vero (getvero.com).

Awesome post Dave, I will be sending new customers to this post to fill their brains with behavioral marketing goodness!

I can’t remember the case from +5 years ago, but it must be an option to subscribe to something additional to the Enewsletter – another publication or membership.
